Emmy award-winning show star Caroline Sidney Aaron joins the cast of the Aleeza Chanowitz’s Israeli/U.S. crossover comedy “Chanshi.”
“Chanshi” (played by Chanowitz) is a young religious Jew in Brooklyn, who just before her wedding decides to call it off and flees to Israel. Despite her parents warnings that they would cast aside everything that belongs to her, she didn’t pay any attention and went to the holy land. There she sets off in an unrestrained and frantic journey where she experiences a vortex of crazy life experiences. It was an entire switch from a life that was set with certain rules to an independent life having no rulebook.
