It often happens that art inspires art. Cases in point: literally any film or series that has been inspired by artists like painters, musicians, actors, and even theatre artists. Moreover, media that revolves around artists has become quite common these days.
One title along these lines is Bandi Saroj’s Telugu-language romantic drama film ‘Parakramam’, which released in theatres back in August 2024. The action drama follows the story of Lovaraju, an intriguing theatre artist, who also doubles as a gully cricketer. Lovaraju is seen carrying the image of the brave common man, all while facing the multiple hurdles around him.
The movie starring Bandi Saroj Kumar, himself in addition to Sruthi Samanvi as well as Naga Lakshmi is now all set to make its way to houses across the country. Available to stream exclusively on Aha from September 14, the Bandi Saroj directorial debuted to stellar reviews from the audience.
Earmarked underrated by some and a phenomenal actor by others, Saroj has garnered quite the fame online. However, will this OTT release introduce him to a whole new set of audiences?
