Finally, it is that time of the year again. All the European “Top 5” Leagues have had a few game weeks, the transfer window has closed and the first International break is finally over. This means, the UEFA Champions League Group Stages are just around the corner and the first set of group matches will start from tomorrow onwards.
Chelsea comes to the 2021/22 edition of the UCL as returning Champions, while Sevilla joins in as the winners of the previous year’s UEFA Europa League. Paris Saint Germain (PSG), Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid will be the main teams looking to dethrone Chelsea this year, but they will have to fare well in the Group Stages first. All eyes will be on Groups A and B, which are the two “mini-groups of death” and the likely groups to see a potential League-changing upset.
