Much is being said about the divorce of Naga Chaitanya and Samantha. There have been several derogatory and often offensive rumors pertaining to the ChaySam divorce saga. A few individuals accused Samantha of rejecting pregnancy and they cited this as the reason behind the divorce. Samantha then moved the court against these individuals. Later in an interview, Samantha spoke at length about childbirth and pregnancy. “Women are really strong. The most painful procedure in the world is giving birth. Women go through the most painful procedure during childbirth. But at the end of it, after facing all the pain, a woman smiles after seeing her child.” Sam said.
Now, a Tamil media portal has come up with an interesting report pertaining to the divorce saga. As per this report, Samantha was the one who asked for divorce and Chaitanya agreed to the same.
In this report, Nagarjuna is quoted saying “Samantha is the one who first asked for a divorce and Chaitanya obliged to the same. Naga Chaitanya accepted her decision but he was much worried about me, what I would think and what would happen to the family’s reputation.”
“Naga Chaitanya then came to me, thinking I would be more worried. Chay and Sam were happy together for 4 years in the marriage. They both were so close and I don’t know how it came down to this decision. They even celebrated 2021’s New Year together, it seems that the problems have arisen after that,” The report goes on to quote Nagarjuna.
If this is anything to go by, things were going perfectly fine even till 2021 new year’s eve and it all started to fall apart only later in the year. Anyways, Chay and Sam are exploring different avenues now and they are no longer together.
