The third season of Seth MacFarlane’s homage to the iconic Star Trek franchise, The Orville, is ready to arrive on the Hulu streaming platform. That’s right! Fox dropped the first two seasons of the show. Season 1 suffered from the bizarre blend of jokes and satire, resulting in its inability to lift off properly. On the other hand, its sophomore instalment received a much better response from the critics and the viewers. If you are a fan of this one, check out which Indian OTT platform will bestow ‘The Orville Season 3’ below.
Both Hulu and MacFarlane have dropped the teaser poster of their upcoming sci-fi comedy series, The Orville New Horizons (Season 3), via their respective social media accounts. The forthcoming entry guarantees to deliver ‘New Home and New Missions’ to the fans.
The previous season focused on the relationship of Captain Ed Mercer and Commander Kelly Grayson. Adrianne Palicki portrays the latter character. Additionally, the entire crew of the USS Orville encounters new aliens and unearths a horrifying secret about Isaac’s homeworld. Furthermore, they successfully make first contact with a newly discovered civilisation.
The Orville Season 3 will hit the Hulu streaming platform on June 2nd. And all the previous instalments of the show are available on Disney+ Hotstar. So, we can expect the third season to release on the same date as its global premiere date for the Indian audiences. Plus, it will have a total of 11 episodes. Apart from Seth MacFarlane, the series treasures Adrianne Palicki, Penny Johnson Jerald, Scott Grimes, Peter Macon, Mark Jackson, and many more.
