Trailer Talk: Hitting All The Right Notes

The trailer of new outing from The Viral Fever, Cheesecake is out. It is another perfect example of a typical outing from TVF, which takes an easily identifiable template and packs it with simple and recognisable day-to-day relatable emotions.

There is a couple or a family which is under stress or quarrelling, an uninvited guest comes amidst them and sets things right, eventually. It is a recipe on which we have seen many outings previously. Cheesecake is TVF’s take on the formula with a ‘dog’ instead of a ‘human with a quirk’.

The setting and dialogues, as usual, are instantly relatable. Jitendra Kumar and Aakansha Thakur are in fine form. The fights and drama look genuine and real. As said earlier, the whole setup gives an instantly identifiable vibe. Its only issue based on the trailer is the making which displays a too simple vibe. It might bring down the impact a bit when seen as a whole.
