Chris Pratt’s Jurassic World Dominion Runtime Disclosed

No doubt that Jurassic World Dominion is one of the most anticipated movies of 2022. Its trailer came out a month ago and received a solid response from the franchise’s fans. Apart from the leading duo of Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard, we also witnessed veterans like Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, and Sam Neill in that trailer. And now, makers have revealed its runtime. The upcoming Jurassic World instalment is 2 hours and 27 minutes long.

With this, Dominion has become the longest addition to the Jurassic saga. The last two entries, Jurassic World and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom were 124 minutes and 129 minutes long respectively. It means that the forthcoming project will be bigger than the rest of the entries in terms of storytelling, action, and emotion.

The film will take place four years after the events of Fallen Kingdom. The complete destruction of Isla Nublar island and the failed illegal auctioning by Eli Mills (Rafe Spall) in the black market gives a chance to all the dinosaurs to escape into the human world. Now, these majestic and deadly (some of them) creatures reside among humans. This scenario disrupts nature’s balance. Will humans be able to control them? Or these dinosaurs will discover a way to live freely on Earth?

Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment has served as the production studio for Jurassic World Dominion. On the other hand, the film’s distribution rights are bestowed to Universal Pictures. Additionally, Colin Trevorrow returned to helm this one in 2018 after directing the first entry. This Chris Pratt starrer will hit the theatres on June 10.
