The Family Man 2 Directors Raj and DK are presenting a Telugu movie, Cinema Bandi which will release directly on Netflix on May 14th. The trailer and the promotional song of the film were so impressive and the film has managed to create good interest in the audience. In an interview, director Praveen Kandregula revealed how the team worked hard to shoot the film in a small village near the AP and Karnataka border.
“We shot this film in a small village near Kolar and Mulbagal. There are only 20 houses in the village. It was like there is no other village to the left and right of this village. The old man whom we see in the movie is a local. Since the population is very less, we were able to do sync sound as well. We used to stay in a lodge in Mulbagal which is twenty minutes away from the village. The villagers supported us a lot,” Praveen revealed in an interview.
“The film was complete before the Lockdown last year. It was a frustrating wait for more than a year. I hope it will pay off. During this break, I worked on the scripts for my next films. I have two scripts ready now. Raj & DK and Netflix brands are helping the movie big time. We are confident of giving a pleasant film for the audience in these tough times,” the director added.
