Coming Soon: Season 2 of Zee5’s Angsty YA High School Drama, Rejctx

ZEE5 shared an interesting piece of news on its official Twitter handle today. The streaming platform announced today that its popular young adult high school drama, RejctX is returning very soon for a Season 2.

RejctX is a coming-of-age story of a bunch of youngsters that meet at an elite Singapore school, called the Jefferson World School. Each of the youngsters has demons to hide, and is a social reject of sorts. The kids comes into their own when they form their very own musical band, specialising in hard-hitting rap.

The series features a star-studded ensemble cast, with Sumeet Vyas, Kubbra Sait, Khalid Siddiqui, Anisha Victor, Ahmed Masi Wali, Ridhi Khakhar, Pooja Shetty, Saadhika Syal, Prabhneet Singh and Ayush Khurrana playing key roles in the series. Most of the actors are expected to return in Season 2.

RejctX Season 1 had released in July 2019 with a ten episode run, and had ended on an intriguing cliffhanger. Season 2 will hopefully put to rest the suspense and mystery surrounding the edgy characters that abound in the narrative.

The series is produced by Goldie Behl and his production company Rose Audio Visuals, in collaboration with co-producers, Soham Rockstar Entertainment.
