Marvel fans all over the world were very excited when the superhero movie Antman came out. Arguably, director Peyton Reed was able to update the film a bit more than the original comics. Its second installment, Antman and the Wasp, was also a great visual experience for the audience. Also, the audience was introduced to the most important thing, the ‘quantum realm’, in Avengers Endgame, one of the last movies in the Infinity Saga.
Now very interesting news is coming out about the third part of the Antman series, Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania. As you might guess from the name, the movie will take viewers into the Quantum Realm. Featuring Scott Lang, Hope van Dyne, Cassie Lang, Hank and Janet Pym, and also featuring Johnathan Majors as Kang the Conqueror.
During the Marvel studio’s panel on Saturday at the D23 expo, Mcu president Kevin Feige confirmed to the audience that Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania goes right into Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. He said, “This is a big movie and it goes straight into the next Avengers movie, The Kang Dynasty.”
The Antman threequel won’t be the only phase 5 project to dovetail into the Kang Dynasty film, though. According to the sources, footage from Loki season 2 teases that a war with Kang the Conqueror is coming and there will be a calm before the storm.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will premiere on February 17, 2023.
