Coronavirus Outbreak Puts Netflix’s Biggie Red Notice’s Shoot In A Fix

It was only a matter of time before Coronavirus showed its impact on the world of the movie and thereby the OTT platforms. With the outbreak of the virus in Europe, many productions have come to a halt with the most notable one being the seventh part in the Mission Impossible series.

On the OTT front, the immediate one to show signs of impact is the Netflix biggie Red Notice. The action entertainer stars massive names like Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot. The names alone are enough to suggest how massive it is?

Red Notice is an action movie with heist backdrop. A significant portion of the movie was planned to be shot in Italy. However, with the outbreak of the Coronavirus, it has been decided by the makers to not go ahead with the schedule. They are instead scouting for alternative locations.

Not only movies, but it is also the same case with the many other large scale events like musical concerts, conferences etc. which are pushed or terminated. With other European countries also under threat, we have to see what the makers of the current, and upcoming biggies decide.
