‘Aadhaar‘ : One of the most critically acclaimed Tamil movies of the year is finally coming to streaming. The 2022 Tamil political thriller released at the movies on 23rd September to positive reception. ‘Aadhaar’ stands at a whopping 9.6 IMDB rating and would soon start streaming on Simply South from October 28th.
Not to be confused with the 2019 Hindi film titled ‘Aadhaar’, the Tamil film is a deeply political thriller and drama. The film explores how a layman is affected by the economics of politics and police power. It also takes a deeper look at how the schemes and policies introduced makes lives of common man difficult as opposed to making them simpler. As a film that talks for the downtrodden and their miseries, Aadhaar has gathered enough appreciation.
Aadhaar is written and directed by Ramnath Palanikumar. The film stars Karunaas, Arun Pandian, Iniya, Riythvika, Uma Riyaz Khan, Bahubali Prabakar and Dileepan. The movie is bank-rolled by P. Sasee Kumar under the banner Vennila Creations. Sri Kanthdeva composes music for the movie while Mahesh Muthuswami handles the camera and Ramar takes care of editing. The film will start streaming on Simply South from 28th October.
