Daaku Maharaj OTT Release Delayed Due to a Surprise?
Nandamuri Balakrishna is one of the biggest stars in the country who has a cult more than a fanbase. The star is known for his typical style of films which includes a lot of heroism and absurd action. Anyway, that is what his fans like.
He started the year with Daaku Maharaj. This Telugu film made decent numbers at the box office and gave a nice push to the cold box office of Tollywood in January. But the film has completed its average run at the box office. There is time for the OTT release. However, it looks a little strange that the film has still not been released on OTT. Actually, the film was supposed to be released yesterday on OTT but then the makers deliberately postponed it.
Reason?
They want to add an extra song that was not a part of the original theatrical release. This is a straight response to the superlong version of Pushpa 2 on OTT which included an extra 23 minutes.
Well, it seems very unlikely because not a lot of films fulfil this promise. Whatever the case may be, we will keep you posted on the official date and runtime. It will be released on Netflix India.
