Daredevil: Born Again Needs Bullseye In A Comic-Accurate Costume

It is okay if you are angry with Bullseye’s costume from the latest set images of Daredevil: Born Again. Oh, gosh! As a result, fans have already started demanding to see the iconic Marvel villain in a comic-accurate costume. And we cannot blame them!

Bullseye’s first live-action appearance was in Mark Steven Johnson’s Daredevil (2003), starring Ben Affleck, Colin Farrell, and Jennnifer Garner. Farrell played the prominent Marvel street-level baddie in the film. His costume was vastly different from the character’s comic book appearance, as he wore a long black coat and had a bullseye-shaped scar on his forehead.

On the other hand, Wilson Bethel donned Daredevil’s costume most of the time in Daredevil Season 3. We actually never saw him in Bullseye’s costume in the show. This is due to Poindexter’s complete transformation into Bullseye takes place during the final moments of the third season.

Fans expected Bullseye to get a comic-accurate costume in Daredevil: Born Again. However, the latest set photos have angered a large portion of the Marvel fanbase. But there is no reason to get angry. Some believe the newest Bullseye suit will be the character’s first suit in the upcoming Disney+ series. Poindexter may get a new suit by the time the show reaches its finale, just like Charlie Cox’s Daredevil in Season 1. Stay tuned for more updates.
