Well our Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal) has gone global once again. Yes, you read that right! While his upcoming film “Death on the Nile” directed by Kenneth Branagh, is awaiting release, Ali Fazal has already grabbed another Hollywood project, a war drama named “Codename: Johnny Walker”, written by Academy Award nominee Alan Wenkus.

Ali Fazal has been in the entertainment industry for quite a time now but the actor gained much prominence after his 2018 web series Mirzapur on Amazon Prime Video. The second season has garnered much hype and is all set to premiere on Prime Video on October 23rd, 2020.

This isn’t just the second project of Fazal abroad, in fact he first appeared on screen in a 2008 Indo-American film, “The Other End Of The Line”. In 2009 he featured in “Bollywood Hero”, an American miniseries.

In 2015, he made a special appearance in the Hollywood film “Fast & Furious 7”, the seventh edition in the popular “Fast & Furious” franchise that starred Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson and more. In 2017, Fazal worked in a British biographical comedy-drama “Victoria & Abdul” starring Judi Dench and directed by Stephen Frears.

While his overseas work profile looks cool, Ali has done a great job in India as well. Fazal made his Bollywood début with 3 Idiots (2009). His first success in Bollywood came in Fukrey) 2013. He has since appeared in many films like, Baat Ban Gayi (2013), Bobby Jasoos (2014), Sonali Cable (2014), Khamoshiyan (2015) and Happy Bhag Jayegi (2016) .
