Disney+ Merges With Hulu Finally! Unified App Launched

Disney has finally made the big move in streaming by combining Hulu and Disney+ into one service. This new bundle, called Hulu on Disney+, makes it easier for people to watch shows and movies from both platforms in one place.

During a trial period, lots of people tried out the bundle and liked it. About one-third of eligible subscribers signed up, showing that many folks were interested.

Hulu already has almost 50 million subscribers, and Disney+ has over 111 million worldwide. By putting them together, Disney hopes to attract even more viewers. But the actual number would be out only after the earning call is revealed.

One cool thing about the bundle is that parents can set controls to make sure their kids only watch suitable stuff. This makes it easier for families to enjoy their favourite shows without worrying about inappropriate content. Because there are tons of adult content on Hulu.

Regardless, Disney+ even announced its new logo due to this merger. They have a teal logo now which combines the Royal Blue of Disney+ and Green of Hulu. Let’s see how things go for the platform.
