Disney+ Hotstar has announced a new original web series ‘Maharana’ and it has now begun filming. This latest Hotstar Special series is a period action drama that will premiere soon only on Disney+ Hotstar.
The series announcement came with a short video clip wherein a warrior clad in battle costume and a sword in his hand takes the sand from the ground and applies it on his forehead. The background is that of battleground with horses and flags.
While not much has been revealed about the cast and crew for ‘Maharana’ it is touted to be a tale of exemplary courage of Maharana Pratap who was attached to his roots and fought for his motherland.
‘Maharana’ comes from Nitin Chandrakant Desai’s ND’s Film World and has Utkarsh Naithani amongst crew members. ‘Maharana’ will premiere soon only on Disney+ Hotstar.
