Disney has always been synonymous with making films that tug at your heart and impart valuable life lessons. Disney’s Soul is another such movie that celebrates this passion and zeal for life. Many a time we find ourselves just going through the motions rather than trying to find our special calling in life.
Disney’s Soul is the story of a middle school band teacher who is just about to get his big break, but something regrettable happens, and he dies, but you know there can’t be such a sad ending especially when it comes to Disney, and that is true even in this case.
Joe (the middle school band teacher) has to go through it all but never loses his enthusiasm, and there was never a doubt in his mind. He reaches the door of heaven and comes back to the place called the great before (a place where every person is molded with a set of interests and quirks before he is sent to earth).
He learns about life and its great gift and his unbridled enthusiasm for it all is something that everyone should learn. The little souls in the great before are just bound to make you go awwwwww, but I think at least one such moment has become a mandatory part of every Disney movie.
Disney’s Soul provides you with the same lesson that Disney has been preaching to the masses since its inception, but the best thing about them is that they always get this message across with a unique theme. Disney has been the voice of so many children throughout the ages and has provided us with countless memories.
