Fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of the new Vidya Balan starrer, Do Aur Do Pyaar. At the directorial helm is Shirsha Guha Thakurta, with this being her first venture as well. It stars Ileana D’Cruz, Pratik Gandhi, and a face that is famous outside of India, which is Never Have I Ever’s Sendhil Ramamurthy, as well.
The movie is a romantic drama that involves 4 people and their roller coaster rides involving love and comedy and much more. This will be Sendhil Ramamurthy’s first Indian film, which he is clearly ecstatic about, as can be seen from his Instagram post where he mentions that he is grateful to work with the Meryl Streep of India, Vidya Balan, in his eyes. It has been said that the movie is also loosely based on the 2017 Hollywood flick, The Lovers.
Disney+ Hotstar has announced that they have received the rights to be streaming this fun filled, romantic extravaganza filled with laughter and drama. Make sure to catch it at theatres near you on April 19th, and if you miss that, keep your eyes peeled for its release on Disney+.
