Garuda Gamana Vrishabha Vahana tells the story of two childhood friends Hari and Shiva who share an unbearable bond. They grow up to be the most feared gangsters in the coastal city of Mangaluru. Their friendship is put to a test by greed and politics and they soon face off as enemies of each other. It makes violence a romantic element of the film and uses jealousy, ambition and ego as prime catalysts of the story. The change in the chemistry between the two protagonists is the most interesting part of the film.
The movie is shot well and the visuals are impressive. The cinematography and editing is done by Praveen Shriyan and the music of the film is given by Midhun Mukundan.
