Starring Andrea Risbeborough in the titular role, the film follows a West Texas single mother and alcoholic who squanders all the prize money she got after winning the lottery to parties and alcohol. But a few short years later when the money is gone and Leslie is on her owns living hard, she tries to reclaim her life and connection with her son.
