He tries hard to prevent the apocalypse by sealing dangerous deals and battling inner demons.
The film beautifully explores the concepts of spirituality and redemption. It also informs us how thin the line is between the good and the evil.
Keanu Reeves’ take on the superhero character is a bit different from the comics. His version of Constantine received a mixed reception from both critics and fans. Some believed that Reeves’ take on the character was fresh and unique. In contrast, others criticised his version of the chain-smoking demon hunter.
