Doom Patrol S4 Adds Fuel to Brendan Fraser’s Awesome Second Innings

The fourth season of DC’s ‘Doom Patrol’ is going to be streamed on the 8th of December on HBO Max. Doom Patrol is a team of troubled and disturbed superheroes each of whom were met with some accidents which gave them some supernatural abilities but also left them disfigured. The DC show premiered in 2019 and is running quite successfully till now.

Fraser played an overweight homosexual man in his last critically acclaimed ‘The Whale’. His character is a teacher who tries to reconnect with his estranged daughter in a last act of redemption. It goes completely against the so-called ‘masculine’ figure that he was used to portray a long time ago. Darren Aronofsky’s ‘The Whale’ is yet to have a theatrical release but it has gone to a lot of film festivals and won many hearts. This coming out of the known image was a great decision for the actor because however great and blockbuster success his films were he never had critical acclamation and nominations in the honorable awards.

Brendan Fraser was one of the biggest actors of Hollywood when he had to suddenly take a long break for health reasons. He had done too many adventure movies where he did most stunts himself and it hurt his body a lot. He was very easily replaced by other A lister actors of Hollywood after his comeback but this is only now that Fraser is again earning jis place back in the film industry.

After this, Brendan will next be seen in a 2023 project named ‘Killers Of The Flower Moon’. The actor is again gaining his place as an audience favourite with his novel performances.
