After two days of promotional tweets from the Malayalam actor Dulquer Salmaan, his first Tamil single, ‘Achamillai‘, is now out for everyone to hear. This song is for his upcoming film, ‘Hey Sinamika’ and it dropped on multiple social media platforms including the official YouTube channel of Sony Music South. The actor does a good job and has managed to be a part of the team that made a pretty catchy song. Check out the video at the end of this article.
As you will see in the music video below, the promo is a lyrical video which starts off in the recording booth with Dulquer himself. The video then shows us the various people who are part of this song and dancing to its bear. We are then eventually shown the “dance set”, where the actor is seen dancing to his song.
Another thing to note is that, ‘Achamillai’ is a rap song. The lyrics may seem quirky at first but it is somehow both thought provoking for both children and parents as well as a song which many can dance to (As Dulquer shows in this video). Govind Vasantha, the music composer has done a brilliant job to compose a beat that makes the song a brilliant one to dance to while Madhan Karky deserves a mention for the song lyrics.
Also earlier today, Dulquer Salmaan had announced the release time for this song on Twitter while he wished everyone a Happy Pongal. Along with the tweet, the actor has also provided a poster for ‘Hey Sinamika’ as well. Check out the aforementioned tweet below.
Dulquer Salmaan’s ‘Hey Sinamika‘ is expected to release in theatres next month on February 25th 2022. But, with the current rise in Covid-19 and Omicron cases, we will have to wait and see if the film will keep its current premiere date
