Talking about one of the most successful films of 2024, Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part Two claims the second spot at the box office. If it weren’t for Inside Out 2’s slaying run, Dune: Part Two would definitely be at the top.
The Indian audience had a great theatrical experience and showed enough love at the box office. However, in terms of streaming, the film was available in the VOD format, which, for a price-sensitive market like India, fans are hesitant to use.
Plus, BMS Stream is fairly underused by fans, resulting in less exposure. Though Dune: Part Two is being streamed for quite a cheap price on BMS (₹99 for rent and ₹399 to buy), it is still considered a hefty price tag.
But JioCinema comes to the rescue.
The Timothée Chalamet film will be streaming on JioCinema Premium from the 1st of August. JioCinema isn’t just advertising to stream it but also dubbing it in various Indian languages.
Talking about the languages, English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, and Marathi will be available so viewers all over India can enjoy it. Sadly, we don’t have an update about the Malayalam dub as JioCinema hasn’t announced it yet.
