Ekta Kapoor’s Cartel Takes off on a Festive Note

Ekta Kapoor has been a rare hands-on producer in the television, OTT and film industries with a clear idea of what she’s selling and marketing to the audiences. She goes out of the way to promote her work, has done so for years and continues to do so. It’s good to see the enthusiasm get bigger by the year.

It was a working festival day for the producer recently, who has begun the shoot for her next web production titled Cartel. The producer in her Instagram story had revealed the commencement of the project that is being directed by Suyash Vadhavkar, who had helmed Puncch Beat for the same platform before.

Some of the actors who will be seen in the series include Ritvik Dhanjani, Tanuj Virwani, Kubbra Sait and Pranati Rai Prakash. Alt Balaji’s good run this year has continued with consistent quality content through shows like The Verdict, M.O.M and now Fixerr, which has opened to good reviews.
