Created by TVF, ‘Engineering Girls’ Season 2 will be coming soon to Zee5 and the teaser for it is already here. Helmed by Apoorv Singh Karki, this latest season of ‘Engineering Girls’ is filled with fun, drama and lot more.
The teaser is a brief introduction/description of each of the lead cast of the series. Maggu, Subu and Kiara three friends are in their final year of engineering and like any other final year student the future after college is what’s on their minds. But that nowhere means that they aren’t going to enjoy these last few days of college.
Maggu (Kritika Avasthi), is that awkward nerd who is afraid of a lot of things but what scares her the most is the pressure of getting married if she doesn’t get a job. This makes her extremely nervous as she prepares for campus placements.
Sabu (Barkha Singh) on the other hand is a hustler who believes in giving her all in making things work out and in the process stress is something that doesn’t leave her. And then there’s Kiara (Sejal Kumar), the drama queen who doesn’t let anybody take away her thunder.
While handling their individual struggles, these girls have not forgotten to live their college life like a dream. Fun, dance, craziness, mischief, friendship, bond they share it all with each other.
‘Engineering Girls’ season 1 featured the story of three girls, Maggu, Subu and Kiara, as they experience life in an engineering college. How they handle their struggles to get acknowledged in college, hostel dramas and relationship issues forms the crux of this coming-of-age show.
In season 2, these girls are now in final year, have learnt a lot from experience and are now ready for a fun filled last few days of college life. Along with the fun there will be a lot of drama, romance and much more in the life of these feisty ‘Engineering Girls’.
Barkha Singh, Kritika Avasthi and Sejal Kumar will return to reprise their roles in ‘Engineering Girls’ season 2 directed by Apoorv Singh Karki. All episodes of Season 1 are currently streaming on YouTube, Netflix, SonyLIV, Zee5 and TVFPlay.
