1962: The War In The Hills is the latest original show from Disney+ Hotstar. 7. Jeet Ki Zidd – Zee5
This 2021 series is the utmost example of how self belief and determination can lead to big success in a person’s life. Jeet Ki Zidd stars Amit Sadh in the lead role along with Sushant Singh, Amrita Puri in supporting roles.
The story follows an army officer named Major Deep Singh Sengar who is left paralysed from waist down due to an accident in the war at Kargil. Now on wheelchair, Sengar with his never give up attitude and previous army training aspires to become successful in life while taking taunts from everyone around him.
8. 21 Sarfarosh – Saragarhi 1897
21 Sarfarosh is a brilliant adaptation of the real life famous battle which is etched in the history books of India. The show is based on the ‘Battle of Saragarhi’ and stars Mohit Raina, Mukul Dev, Alexx O’Nell, Prakhar Shukla and others.
The show premiered on Discovery Jeet in 2018 and it’s streaming rights were bought by Netflix. But the show is currently unavailable in Netflix. So whenever it comes around, be absolutely sure to watch it.
