Sex Education is directed by Pranav M Patel. He is also the writer of the film, along with Sanjay Prajapati.
Sex Education is the story of Manav, who is an aspiring teacher who is trying to teach his students about sex education so that they have the appropriate knowledge before taking any untoward step. Even though he has good intentions in his heart, he has to face a lot of flak and is ridiculed by his fellow colleagues, and is also targeted by the parents of his students.
Sex Education has a humorous undertone to it, but it tackles the very serious question of ‘why do we hesitate to inculcate ‘Sex Education’ in our curriculum?’ Sex Education also shows us the importance of relationships that we have as we grow to a certain age. This is especially true of growing teens who are starting to explore different aspects of their bodies.
