Spanish filmmaker Pedro Almodovar’s Western short film ‘Strange Way of Life’ starring Ethan Hawke and Pedro Pascal in the lead roles was released in theatres in Spain last year in May. The film is Pedro Almodovar’s second English-language directorial venture.
And in an exciting update for those of you who had been wanting to watch the film, let us inform you that ‘Strange Way of Life’ is now available on some Indian streaming platforms. The movie is now available to rent on the Amazon Prime Video Store and YouTube. On Prime Video, you can rent the film for Rs.99/-.
With a runtime of just over 30 minutes, ‘Strange Way of Life’ follows a rancher Silva (played by Pedro Pascal), who rides across the desert to meet his old friend – the town Sheriff Jake (Ethan Hawke), after a long gap of 25 years. Earlier, the duo used to work together as hired gunmen. They celebrate their meeting but there is more to the reunion than meets the eye, and it’s not just a trip down the memory lane.
