Euphoria star Sydney Sweeney has offered an intriguing update about the filming of Season 3. Created by Sam Levinson, HBO’s Euphoria is one of the most globally prominent teen drama shows. It revolves around Rue (Zendaya), a teenage girl who struggles with drug addiction. We see her going through rehab, on-and-off relationships, and the trauma of her father’s death. As the series progresses, we see the stories of other characters getting developed. Sydney Sweeney will return to Euphoria Season 3 as Cassie Howard.
In a recent interview with Josh Horowitz from MTV, Sydney Sweeney briefly discussed the filming status of Euphoria Season 3. The actress teased that the filming for Season 3 would commence soon. Check out the following video to know more.

Sweeney said she would “go into Euphoria” after being asked about taking a break from acting for some time. She said she was excited to return to Euphoria, and the series felt like a home to her.
Given Sweeney’s latest statement, it seems like the third season will arrive in the second half of 2025. Although, an official confirmation about its release window has yet to come out from HBO.
The production of Euphoria Season 3 has endured many complications. Apart from the 2023 Hollywood strikes, the busy schedules of its leading cast members have adversely impacted its production.
