Shown from the perspective of Ludwig Dieter, the young safecracker is recruited by a mysterious woman to pull off multiple heists that feature “unbreakable” safes, across Europe. With the world focused on the recent zombie outbreak, this looks like it could be the perfect set of heists.
Release Importance?
This upcoming film is a spinoff to Zack Snyder’s Netflix release, ‘Army of the Dead’. The film is written by the ‘Army of the Dead’ screenwriter, Shay Hatten and has the lead actor, Matthias Schweighöfer at its helm as well. Set 6 years before the events of the ‘Army of the Dead’, the spinoff film will show us a world that just discovered a zombie outbreak.
Cast?
Matthias Schweighöfer returns to reprise his role as Ludwig and he is joined by Nathalie Emmanuel from Game of Thrones, British comedian Guz Khan, Netflix “alumni” Ruby O. Few, ‘Die Medici’s’ Stuart Martin, Jonathan Cohen and Austrian actor Peter Simonischek.
