Robert and Michelle King’s popular series “Evil” returns with a third season on Paramount+ and the streamer has set a June debut for the show. Set to release on June 12th, with new episodes airing weekly, the streamer announced in a new teaser.
“Evil” is a psychological mystery show that focuses on the line of divide between science and religion. The series follows a sceptical female psychologist who joins a priest-in-training and a contractor to investigate the church’s dirty secrets, unexplained mysteries, miracles, demonic possessions and incidents of hauntings. They try to derive logical explanations and assess possibilities for actual supernatural activities.
The third season of Evil begins from where the second season ends. In season three, David and Kristen navigates their new reality and tackle with David’s involvement with what is called “the entity”.
The dark and twisted horror drama stars Katja Herbers, Mike Colter and Aasif Mandvi and are joined by Michael Emerson, Cristine Lahti, Kurt Fuller, Andrea Martin, Brooklyn Shuck, Skylar Gray, Maddy Crocco and Dalya Knapp. Produced by CBS Studios in association with King Size Productions, the series is distributed internationally by Paramount Global Content Distribution.
