Star Wars: Tales of the Empire is set to release on May 4th on Disney plus, it will have 6 episodes, which will be focused on, Jedi Barriss Offee and Thrawn’s Nightsister ally Morgan Elsbeth.
The creators are giving hints and the fans are also understanding that this series will be a dark one.
During the Clone Wars, after the blowing up of the Jedi temple, Barris Offee was chosen to become a member of the Imperial Inquisitorius, and based on this very thing Tales of The Empire will focus on the dark side of Barris and how he became the Grand Inquisitor.
Tales of the Empire joins a growing list of animated anthologies on Disney Plus, with series like “What If” and others this anthology will shine out loud, because fans are super excited about it.
The anthology is split into half, through the first half, we will see younger Morgan Elsbeth as she sets out on the dark side on a quest for vengeance, and faces some unexpected twists and turns, and on the second half we see Barriss Offee during her transition from a Jedi to the dark side.
Both these sides will be very dark. The fans made assumptions based on what the series might include. Which we can only figure out after the release of the series on Disney + on May 4th.
