Good news for fans of Raj and DK. The thriller series ‘Farzi’ will soon be back with a second season. The first season got rave reviews from critics and audiences and the fans have been waiting eagerly for any update on the new season.
Now, in a recent interview, Bhuvan Arora confirms that season 2 is currently in the works. Bhuvan Arora played the role of Firoz, the friend of Sunny and partner in crime.
‘Farzi’ had a stellar cast of actors like Shahid Kapoor, Kay Kay Menon, Vijay Sethupathi, Amol Palekar, Rashi Khanna, Regina Cassandra and more. The performances, storyline, everything was up to the expectations of fans. It was a story of an artist who decides to make quick money by counterfeiting currency notes, and a gangster hires him to do it for him. A police officer Michael Vedanayagam is leaving no stone unturned to catch the counterfeiting racket.
The music was given by Ketan Sodha, Sachin–Jigar and Tanishk Bagchi. And the cinematography is handled by Pankaj Kumar. Raj and DK directed the eight episodes themselves.
The first season was a big hit, and the second one will be one too. There is huge anticipation for the new season and fans wait for official announcements eagerly.
