Netflix is about to give a nostalgic tribute to the horror genre of Hollywood with American Novelist R.L.Stine’s Fear Street novel in an unique way. Fear Street will be releasing as a trilogy on Netflix in July within a span of 2 weeks.
Earlier yesterday Netflix has dropped a unique teaser named Fear Street A Film Trilogy Event which is pretty much self-explanatory. The trilogy will be released backwards with Fear Street Part One set in 1994, Part two in 1978 and Part three set all the way to 1666. All three parts will be connected with one mysterious story spanning three hundred years. The trailer of the trilogy can very much make the viewers nostalgic as they will see the hint and glimpses of the horror they witnessed over the years with Friday The 13th, Scream, Halloween, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre and so on.
All parts of Fear Street will feature a number of actors including Maya Hawke and Sadie Sink from Stranger Things along with Benjamin Flores Jr., Ryan Simpkins, Ashley Zukerman, Gillian Jacobs amongst the others. All three parts of the trilogy will be directed by Leigh Janiak in association with Chernin Entertainment.
R.L. Stine, who is famous for horror novels including Goosebumps, Rotten School, Mostly Ghostly, and The Nightmare Room series have always brought a bit of humor in his stories such as in Goosebumps. This time fans will wait to see how the stories of the Fear Street trilogy turn out.
As Netflix announced, Fear Street Trilogy will release on 2nd, 9th and 16th July, 2021 respectively. So folks, get ready for a scary fortnight with Netflix!
