Finally! Esposito Has Been Cast In The MCU!

All it takes for actors to make it is that ‘one big break’. Like numerous other, American actor Giancarlo Esposito found his big-break in the production of one of the most critically acclaimed crime drama series of all time: AMC’s ‘Breaking Bad’.

Best known for portraying Gustave Fring, a major antagonist in the series from 2009 to 2011, Esposito reprised his role in the prequel series ‘Better Call Saul’, from 2017 to 2022 as well. His joining the iconic Marvel Cinematic Universe although, has been a matter of speculation for years now.

To the utter joy of devoted fans, it is finally official that Esposito will be joining the MCU! However, in order to keep the fans waiting for longer, his character has not been revealed yet. However, in a not-so-clandestine statement, the infamous-bad-guy-actor did reveal that he will not be playing the character that fans have anticipated for so long!

Previously, he had been fan-cast to play the MCU’s version of Charles Xavier, the leader of the Illuminati, a group of enhanced individuals that monitors the multiverse for threats. Now, however, we’re not so sure. Continuing the same statement, the actor also mentioned that his role will come as a pleasant surprise, something “better than we can imagine”!
