Streaming behemoth Disney Plus Hotstar has finally revealed the release date for the much-awaited part 2 of its hit crime drama ‘Mathagam’. For all those who’ve been waiting for Mathagam Part 2 to premiere on Disney Plus Hotstar, the series arrives on the platform on 12th October, 2023.
Mathagam is a hard-hitting crime drama that premiered on Disney Plus Hotstar on 18th August, 2023. The series was a hit for the platform. The only thing that irked viewers was the fact that Hotstar spilt the series into two parts, with only Part 1 streaming in August. Fans will be delighted to know that Mathagam Part 2 will arrive on Disney Plus Hotstar in the next week itself.
The Tamil-language series is a gangster drama, created and directed by Prasath Murugesa. It delves deep into the nexus between cops and gangsters in Chennai. The events of the series take place over one long day, in 30 hours, to be precise.
