Renowned media publication, Forbes India has unveiled the list of most influential social media stars in South Indian Cinema. Rashmika Mandanna topped the list and she is closely followed by her Dear Comrade and Geetha Govindam costar Vijay Deverakonda. Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Prabhas, and Allu Arjun were among others who made it to the list which, as the title suggests, celebrates the most followed film stars in South Indian cinema.
With a Quoruz Instagram score of 9.88, Rashmika Mandanna topped the list. Vijay Deverakonda came second with a rating of 9.67 and is followed by Yash, Samantha, and Allu Arjun who garnered 9.54, 9.49, and 9.46 respectively. Prabhas, who never posts any personal snaps on social media has come 8th with a rating of 9.40. Tamannah and Mahesh closely follow Prahas as they secured a rating of 9.36 and 9.34 respectively. Ram Charan clocks 9.33 rating. With a rating of 9.31, Jr NTR comes 14th on the list.
Akhil Akkineni, Sai Dharam Tej, and Varun Tej are among other Tollywood stars who feature in the list, which is heavily dominated by actors who predominantly work in Telugu cinema. As for Kollywood stars, Suriya, Dhanush, and R Madhavan also make it to the list. And so do Malayalam superstars, Dulquer Salman, and Tovino Thomas. Needless to say, the film stars who are most active on social media and receive the highest engagement have made it to the list.
