After giving a lot of thought, it looks like Aftab Shivdasani is finally going to make his digital debut. The buzz in the industry suggests that the actor is looking at signing up a lead role in the second season of Zee5’s much-acclaimed Poison.
Aftab Shivdasani regularly featured in movies until the middle of last decade. Since then, the opportunities got restricted. He is next expected to be part of another sequel movie.
The confirmation needs to come officially from the actor as well as the production side. The first season of Poison marked the OTT debut of actor Arbaz Khan. It will be interesting to see if the second one will have a similar rest of the cast or if everything will be revamped.
Poison was one of the first series coming from Zee5 that got tremendous traction among the audience. A second season has been keenly awaited since then. Let’s wait for the official announcement to be made soon.
