If powerhouse creators Raj and DK are to be believed, the hotly awaited ‘The Family Man 2’ is all set to arrive on Amazon Prime Video “very soon”! The talented showrunners of the superhit Manoj Bajpayee starrer spy caper have hinted the very same in their latest post on their Instagram handle.
Well, the post by Raj and DK is actually meant to wish Samantha Akkineni on her birthday today. But reading between the lines gave us all the information we needed – enough to send us into a happy tizzy. As The Family Man fans will know, Samantha Akkineni is the latest addition to the cast of the show in its second season. While wishing Samantha Akkineni, Raj and DK added the following lines to the post –
“Happy happy birthday Sam! Happy day and an even happier year ahead! Keep rocking! Can’t wait to unveil Raji to the world… very soon!”
And crazy ‘The Family Man‘ fans that we are, our eyes zeroed in on the “very soon” and have stayed there ever since! If Raj and DK have promised to unveil Raji – the role being essayed by Samantha Akkineni in The Family Man 2 – “very soon”, then a late May release date for the much-awaited new season of the show looks imminent.
