Freshly Arrived: Kumbalangi Nights Now Streams on Amazon Prime

One of the most successful, critically acclaimed Malayalam films to have hit theatres this year, Kumbalangi Nights, has now arrived on Amazon Prime Video. The film besides having a great run in theatres opened to wonderful reviews by all forms of media. Kumbalangi Nights was produced by popular actor Fahadh Faasil, who also played a crucial role in the film.

The story of the film, based in a fishing village Kumbalangi, revolves around four brothers Saji, Boney, Bobby and Franky who share a love-hate relationship with each other. A handful of situations tests their equation and the multi-layered narrative explores the subject to talk about a lot of issues including patriarchy, machoism and misogyny.

Directed by Madhu C. Narayanan and written by Syam Pushkaran, the star cast of the film comprises little-known actors like Shane Nigam, Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Bhasi, Mathew Thomas and Anna Ben.
