Netflix has dropped the trailer for its upcoming film ‘Friday Night Plan’ and it’s all about the misadventures and that unbreakable sibling bond. Helmed by Vatsal Neelakantan, ‘Friday Night Plan’ will premiere only on Netflix on 1st September, 2023.
‘Friday Night Plan’ trailer shows how two siblings with contrasting personalities, where the elder one Sid is a shy, nerdy guy while Adi, the younger one is outgoing, fun loving person. During one of Sid’s football matches he scores a goal that makes him quite popular in school leading to him getting invited to a Friday night party. And since their mother is out of town for the night it becomes a perfect opportunity.
Adi tags along with Sid promising that he won’t cause any trouble. But the crazy night turns into a nightmare as chaos ensues. Overall, ‘Friday Night Plan’ is about that unbreakable sibling bond that teaches one the ability to both deeply love and detest someone. To fight voraciously, but then to also go to any extent to come to their rescue or team up as one unit.
In ‘Friday Night Plan’ Babil Khan plays the nerdy older brother, and his character’s partner-in-crime is his mischievous younger brother, portrayed brilliantly by Amrith Jayan. Together, they are the ultimate duo, ready to conquer the coolest, most happening party of the year.
Directed by Vatsal Neelakantan who has vo-written the film with Sapan Verma, ‘Friday Night Plan’ stars Babil Khan, Amrith Jayan, Medha Rana, Aadhya Anand and Ninad Kamat. Juhi Chawla Mehta makes a special appearance in the film.
‘Friday Night Plan’ is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Kassim Jagmagia and Farhan Akhtar under their Excel Entertainment banner. ‘Friday Night Plan’ will launch exclusively on Netflix on 1st September, 2023.
