Vijay’s ‘G.O.A.T’ or ‘The Greatest Of All Time’ is one of the most anticipated titles of the year. And the movie is getting bigger day by day. A few days back it was announced it will be released in IMAX theaters alongside in traditional format. And now we get to know that ‘G.O.A T’ will be the first ever Tamil movie to be releasing in all screens throughout the state.
The trailer for the movie will probably be released on the 15th of August. Such a hype for a movie is unprecedented and there are high chances that it goes on to be one of the biggest blockbusters not just for the Tamil film industry but the whole of India.
The plot of the movie is not very clear yet. But it will be a science fiction adventure and Vijay will be having double roles in the movie. One version will be a de-aged younger version and the other one will be older. This difference has made fans speculate many theories about the plot. Some say it is going to be a time-travel action adventure while others think the concept will be more like ‘Gemini Man’.
‘The Greatest Of All Time’ is written and directed by Venkat Prabhu. Apart from Vijay, the film also stars actors like Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Ajmal Ameer, Mohan, Jayaram, Sneha, Laila, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Vaibhav, Yogi Babu, Premgi Amaren and Yugendran. The music of the film is given by Yuvan Shankar Raja and the cinematography is handled by Siddhartha Nuni. The movie is going to have its theatrical release on the 5th of September this year.
It is unprecedented for a movie to release on such a huge scale and it looks like Vijay is going to leave a grand legacy before retiring.
