The main premise of Matkiphod revolves around Chitu Singh who wants to organise his own Matkiphod but it isn’t going to be an easy affair because of Rao Saheb. The Matkiphod is more than just a ritual here and is a status symbol not just for the winner but also the organiser.

The Matkiphod and the note are nothing but symbols of status and power in a world that respects both of these blindly no matter the cost at which it was achieved. Matkiphod is created and directed by Moin Khan.
It features Anurag Thakur, Bhavesh Bakshi, Soumya Vyas, Aditya Singh, Lalit Chowdhary, Muskan Madhwani, and others. The storyline of Matkiphod seems really simple at the outset with a humble background and characters. This is its way of having a take on some of the more pressing issues in society, especially when divided into smaller sections.
Gemplex is still trying to make its mark in the Indian OTT space. Matkiphod will release on Gemplex on 16th February.
