George Clooney & Brad Pitt To Reunite Again For ‘Ocean’s 14’ After ‘Wolfs’

The undying bromance between George Clooney and Brad Pitt will be seen once again in ‘Ocean’s 14’, marking the fourth chapter of Danny Ocean’s story in the Ocean’s franchise.

According to Deadline, the prominent German-Austrian director Edward Berger will helm the upcoming entry to the Ocean’s franchise. Berger’s critically acclaimed All Quiet On The Western Front (2022) bagged the Oscar for Best International Feature and three BAFTA awards. Smokehouse and Warner Bros will jointly back the movie, making Ocean’s 14 the first main entry to take off without veteran Hollywood helmer Steven Soderbergh. He helmed the first three entries, which collectively minted over $1.1 billion at the global box office.

The all-female-led prequel, Ocean’s 8 (starring Sandra Bullock and Cate Blanchett), was also a spectacular commercial success, earning over $290 million against a $70 million budget.

Clooney and Pitt recently made an appearance at the Venice Film Festival along with director Jon Watts (Spider-Man: No Way Home) for the debut of Apple’s new film, Wolfs. Critics had a more varied opinion of this film compared to their previous collaborations on the “Ocean’s” trilogy, often drawing unfavorable comparisons.

The return of Clooney and Pitt could also bring back The Instigators’ leading duo, Matt Damon and Casey Affleck, to Ocean’s 14. The rest of the cast members from previous Ocean’s entries should return as well. Stay tuned for more updates.
