This is the famous institute on which Netflix’s upcoming docuseries “Alma Matters: Inside the IIT Dream” is based. The series is set to release on the streaming platform on the 14th of May. The four part series will take you inside the life and world of the students and the institute itself. The trailer shows so many glimpses of so many things that one for sure will be excited to see. Out of all these, one that catches the eyes is the elections inside the campus.
Like every other institute, IIT Kharagpur too has its very own elections and to many it is really important and like most others they don’t really know much of what goes on. This is the story of every college or institute in the country. But if someone is actually doing a series on such an institute, not including the elections would definitely make it an incomplete series.
