Netflix show Beef has not completed even one week but is one of the most talked about shows on the web. Due to the brilliant comedy and sharp social satires, it has been the talk of the town. Needless to say, such rare and strong word of mouth is helping the series get a high amount of views.
Thankfully, the Indian masses have got a hold of the series and it is slowly getting celebrated in India as well. Regardless, the makers of Beef are just a few steps away from coming up with more.
The creators of Beef in a recent interview said that the series was never planned for a single season. They had planned it for at least three seasons and they are just waiting for a green signal from Netflix.
If you have watched the series then you would know that the ending doesn’t leave you at much of a cliffhanger. There is a conclusive ending that may feel complete.
But wait for what the creator has to say. Lee Sung Jin in a statement said, “I wanted it to have a conclusive feel just in case, but there are a lot of ideas on my end to keep this story going. I think should we be blessed with a Season Two, there’s a lot of ways for Danny and Amy to continue. I have one really big general idea that I can’t really say yet, but I have three seasons mapped out in my head currently.”
With the reception it got, it seems highly likely that Netflix would renew it in a few days.
