Ginny & Georgia Season 3 is being loved by fans across the globe, despite what the critics have to say about this latest Netflix sensation. The highly anticipated third season, starring Brianne Howey as Georgia Miller and Antonia Gentry as Virginia “Ginny” Miller, has secured strong viewership in its debut week on Netflix. Season 3 premiered on June 5.
As expected, the newest season is now the number one show on Netflix’s Global Top 10 Streaming Chart (English), with more than 17.6 million views and over 186.5 million viewing hours.
In India, Ginny & Georgia Season 3 has dethroned The Royals from the top spot and is now the number one show on Netflix India.
However, Season 3 has received a more mixed response from critics, earning a not-so-great 64% “Fresh” score on Rotten Tomatoes. But the audience seems to be in love with the latest season, as it has earned a strong 81% score from viewers on the same platform.
The third season is not the final season of the show, as it was renewed for a fourth season in May 2023.
Apart from Brianne Howey and Antonia Gentry, Ginny & Georgia Season 3 stars Diesel La Torraca, Jennifer Robertson, Felix Mallard, Sara Waisglass, Scott Porter, Raymond Ablack, Katie Douglas, and more.
The series revolves around the mother-daughter duo of Georgia Miller and Ginny Miller. Georgia is a young single mother and a resourceful survivor of child abuse and teen motherhood. She constantly moves her children, Ginny and Austin, to escape dangerous relationships, determined to give them a better life than she had.
Georgia’s teenage daughter, Ginny, is academically gifted, speaks Korean, and plays piano. As a mixed-race individual in a predominantly white town and family, Ginny struggles with her identity and self-harms. Stay tuned for more updates.
