Glass Onion Teaser: Promises Great Performances, Fun, and Yes, Murder

Netflix has finally released the teaser of its next big outing ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery‘, a sequel to the whodunit movie, Knives Out. The teaser, as expected, gives nothing away from the plot besides the fact that everyone is in danger and everyone is a suspect.

The teaser to the oddly titled sequel to the hit Knives Out gives a slightly light vibe while we are introduced to the story. It boasts of an ensemble led by Daniel Craig alongside Edward Norton, Kathryn Hahn, Jessica Henwick, Dave Bautista, and Kate Hudson to name a few. The 98-second long teaser gives us glimpses of the cast and the cinematography and production values are impressive, to say the least. Detective Benoit Blanc is again at it, amongst probable murderers, having to peel back the layers of the mystery, this time in Greece.

Daniel Craig as Benoit Blanc is a delight as usual. The ensemble has fleeting seconds on screen yet subtly each we are introduced to what they are capable of. Kate Hudson is a treat to watch and Katheryn Hahn shines in the teaser. The characters are all shown having fun, but as we are reminded, it will be anything but fun and games for one person.

Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery will mark the return of many of the original cast and crew of the hit mystery thriller including director Rian Johnson and Daniel Craig as detective Benoit Blanc. The movie is not a direct sequel to Knives Out but a standalone film that features a new story and cast, with Daniel Craig reprising his role as the detective. The movie is slated to release on 23rd December this year.
